Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over €100.

For orders under €100, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed on business days before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium: 2–3 business days
Germany: 2–4 business days
Other countries: varies by destination.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

unworn
unwashed
undamaged
with all original tags attached

How do I return an item from my order?

Simply register your return through our online return portal. After registration you'll receive all instructions to complete your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected by the people in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. We're working very hard to make this possible.

If you would like another size or colour, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items and Archive Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced items.

Of course, we encourage customers to shop mindfully and only order items they genuinely intend to keep.

Reducing unnecessary returns helps lower transport emissions, packaging waste, and our overall environmental impact.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some styles may return, while others are produced in limited quantities.
