Shipping policy

 

 

At Simple the Brand, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

 

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on business days (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

 

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €100. For orders below €100, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email including a Track & Trace link, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium: 2–3 business days
  • Germany: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
